Children's Chamber
Imagine capturing the hopes and dreams of an entire generation of the world’s children in one place. This is the aim of the children’s chamber within the pyramid. Every child in the world, who wants to participate, will be given a small, blank card 
and on that card they will have the opportunity to write about what is important to them. Their hopes, dreams fears or aspirations will be gathered together within this chamber. Future presidents' and prime ministers' thoughts will sit alongside those with different career paths but this experience will create a bond that every child will share.
People in the next millennium will have the opportunity to look back through these contributions and read the thoughts of this generation’s most inspirational people. It will be a fascinating archive that will create a direct link between our time and the future.
It will also be an exciting event to be involved with as this generation will become a part of living history through participation in the creation of a structure that hasn’t been built for 4,500 years.
The cards themselves will be sent out in bundles to the schools and returned to the pyramid in the same way. Who knows what our planet will be like in 1,000 years but it would be an amazing thing to see these cards returned to the ancestors of those who wrote them.
